Focus & Purpose

The Medical Marijuana space in Canada and the broader Cannabis space in other jurisdictions has developed considerably over the last 12 months. It is now possible for investors to evaluate opportunities in a large number of fast growing, but mature commercial platforms: Investment opportunities can now be supported by visible and often near-term cash flow potential. In contrast, over the previous 12 months, investment decisions were based on highly speculative and often unknown factors.

Many investment opportunities are now suitable for a wider range of investors. However, investment decisions need to be made with a proper understanding of market, regulatory and other legal dynamics.

The purpose of the conference is to introduce these more mature opportunities to investors, but also to have these participants discuss broader themes impacting their respective industries that all potential investors need to understand.
